We are dedicated to providing our patients with high quality care and base our treatment recommendations on your child's needs.  Our fees are based on actual work provided.

• We are in-network providers for Delta Dental and United Healthcare.  We also offer a dental savings discount for Cigna insurance.
• We ask that you pay for your child's first visit on the date of service (excluding those covered by Delta Dental, United Healthcare and Cigna).
• After your first visit, we will file your insurance for you.
• During future visits, any fees not covered by your insurance will be due the day of child's appointment.
• We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  As an additional option, we also provide third party financing through Care Credit.
•  If you recently added your child to your insurance or acquired new insurance, please determine possible “waiting periods” and if any referral forms are required by your policy. Please bring that information with you.
