We are dedicated to providing our patients with high quality care and base our treatment recommendations on your child's needs.

• We ask that you pay for your child's first visit on the date of service.
• After your first visit, we will file your insurance for you.
• During future visits, any fees not covered by your insurance will be due the day of child's appointment.
• We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Care Credit.
•  If you recently added your child to your insurance or acquired new insurance, please determine possible “waiting periods” and if any referral forms are required by your policy. Please bring that information with you.
• We are a participating provider with Delta Dental Insurance.
